For this project, I was assigned to pick a certain typeface and design a Type Specimen poster based on it. The font I chose was Gill Sans Nova as it was the font that intrigued me as well as being an expansion of Gill Sans.
This type specimen here was a rough draft for what I had in terms of ideas and the overall layout. There was some experimentation done here like the added words to the title and the giant letters as part of the background.
This type specimen is the final revision with suggestions and criticisms taken into account as well as expanding on some of the experimentation done.
