PixelLimited is a TrueType file that can work on various programs that allow custom fonts to be added. It was originally made from a previous project "Waste Not" and was known as PixelLimit (great name right?) but it was later enhanced and expanded upon as a side project. With a few exceptions, each character is made in a 6x6 grid with the top row unoccupied as well as compacting each character as much as possible.
This font was created in a web application called BitFontMaker2, a bitmap font editor that allows you to create pixelated characters. It contains a large number of characters for you to stylize in your image. It also lets you preview and edit spacing between characters as well as save your work.
All the characters in the font include all the available ones from BitFontMaker2 as well as a few extra characters that can be added on if so desired.
