Metal Cluster Hopper Low Poly
The first one that I created was based on a character in Tokusatsu, a live-action genre in Japan. This character had a metal look with parts that stick out of his body. Since I was interested in creating something in a low polygonal style, this was my choice for learning and seeing what I can do. I learned a lot from creating this piece that I applied in future low-polygonal pieces.
Rampage Wolf Low Poly
Here is the second low-polygonal artwork that I have created. What I had done differently here was that I used smaller triangles to give more detail to the head. I also connected the triangles point by point as opposed to some points touching lines. Although it was just head shown here, there is a full-body artwork in progress.
Chester Bennington Low Poly
This was the most time-consuming piece that I have ever made. The subject here is Chester Bennington, former Lead Singer of Linkin Park. Originally, it was just him in low polygons but I decided to challenge myself by also doing the background and it was time-consuming. There was a lot of playing around in size and color as well as going back and redoing certain areas. With all that said, this is one of my favorite pieces I have ever made.
Primitive Dragon Low Poly
This was one of the more recent low-polygonal artworks and it was created to be my own personal profile picture. The only new thing I tried out was having a custom low-polygonal background made in contrast to a gradient background. The process of creating low-polygonal art has become more optimized at this point and thus easier and faster to make.
Dark Requiem XYZ Dragon Low Poly
One of the more ambitious works I have done in this style. This artwork was based on Dark Requiem XYZ Dragon from the Yu-Gi-Oh Trading Card Game. Part of the reason I created him was due to his wings. They resemble stained glass that you would find in a church and I thought it would be more appealing if they were made in the low polygon style.
